"This has been a much-needed and long-awaited book that took may years in the making. The fact that this was self-published was an enormous feat in and of itself...It is my earnest and sincere hope that this book meets your expectations as a quality bird guide (although we all realize there is no such thing as a perfect guide)...Here I proudly present the first illustrated bird guide to the birds of Honduras" -- R. J. Gallardo
