Community is at the heart of what we do. We’re driven by a passion for showcasing the talent, creativity, and cultural richness of the artists and artisans around us.
WoA Over the Years
It all began with a handful of hand-drawn t-shirt designs that Michele sold on the beaches of Roatán, after moving to the island in 1990. What started as a small creative venture evolved over the decades into a beloved series of gift shops across the island.
Eventually, Michele founded Waves of Art (WoA) in West End, where it became a hub for local artistry and culture. In 2022, WoA found a new home in Sandy Bay at Coral Stone Plaza, continuing its legacy of celebrating handcrafted work and community-rooted creativity.
